Yes sectional view of the options would be appreciated. Looking for the detail of how to interface the t1 11 to the wall window. Cover the nail flange i recommend using vinyl windows that do not have built in j channel. Wrap the house with house wrap or 15 mil tarpaper.

To add an extra layer of weather seal to the z flashing run a 1 4 inch continuous horizontal bead of exterior silicone caulking to the inner vertical section of the flashing before installing the next section of t1 11 siding over it.
